Websites and applications
Built properly. Then handed over, or run for you.
We would rather run your site than not — it is better for you and better for us. But we will never hold your domain, your code or your credentials hostage to win that argument. The price is the same whichever you choose.
Two ways to work with us
We build it, you run it
from £795
- Full code and design assets, yours
- Domain registered in your name
- Admin credentials handed over in writing
- CMS training, with a recording to keep
- 30 days’ snagging support
- No lock-in, ever
Best if you have marketing or IT capacity in-house.
We build it, we run it
from £795, then £29/month
- Everything opposite, plus:
- UK hosting, SSL and daily backups
- Security patching and uptime monitoring
- A monthly report you can actually read
- Cancel any time on 30 days
- We hand over cleanly if you leave
Best if your team is already busy.
The build price is identical either way — the only difference is whether we keep looking after it afterwards, and you can decide that on day one or day four hundred. Builds are 40% to begin and the balance at go-live.
Three levels of build
| Build | What it is | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Five pages on our framework, styled with your logo and colours. You supply the words and the pictures. Contact form, a mobile and accessibility pass, one round of changes, and we put it live. | £795 |
| Business | Up to twelve pages, designed around your brand rather than dropped into a layout. Enquiry or booking workflow, search and analytics set up properly, two rounds of changes. | £1,650 |
| Bespoke | Custom functionality, integration with systems you already run, or an actual application. Scoped and fixed-priced before we write any code. | from £3,500 |
What £795 does and does not cover
The Starter price works because the scope is fixed. We would rather show you the edges of it now than discover them together halfway through. Everything on the right is real work we are happy to do — it is just not in the £795.
In the £795
- Five pages, built on our framework and styled with your logo and colours
- Contact form, routed to wherever you want it
- Mobile layout and an accessibility pass
- Google Business and search console set up
- One round of changes after you have seen it
- Training, with a recording to keep
- 30 days’ snagging after go-live
Not in the £795 — and what each costs
- A design drawn from scratch rather than your brand applied to our framework — that is the £1,650 Business build
- Pages beyond the first five — £95 each
- Writing the words for you — £150 a page
- Logo and brand design — from £450
- Moving content across from an existing site — from £250
- An online shop — from £1,200
- Booking or appointments — from £950
- Connecting to a system you already run — quoted
- A second round of changes — £195
What we build
Business websites
WordPress, built on a purpose-written theme rather than a bought template stuffed with page builders. Fast, accessible, and editable by a normal person without breaking the layout.
Sites with real workflow
Booking and availability, member areas, enquiry routing, guest check-in, document handling. The point where most “web design” companies start saying no.
Bespoke web applications
When there genuinely is no product that fits. Built on boring, reliable foundations we can support for years — not on whatever framework was fashionable the month we started.
Progressive and native apps
One codebase serving a web app and a native mobile app, sharing a single backend. Deploying the website updates the app. See the VT Fitness case study for exactly how that works in practice.
AI features, where they earn it
Photo and document reading, extraction, classification, drafting. Added because they remove real friction — not because AI is on the brief.
Rescues and migrations
Sites built by someone who has gone quiet, or is holding your credentials. We will take it on, or tell you honestly that a rebuild is cheaper than the repair.
Things we will tell you that others will not
What you should insist on, from anyone
- The domain registered in your company name — check the WHOIS record yourself
- Admin credentials, in writing, on handover
- Written confirmation that you own the code
- A copy of the site you could take elsewhere tomorrow
- Knowing where it is hosted and who has access
What should worry you
- A site you cannot edit without going back to the agency
- A domain registered in the agency’s name “for convenience”
- Hosting you cannot leave without losing the site
- A quote with no fixed scope attached to it
- Anyone selling you FAQ schema as an SEO deliverable — Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in May 2026
Tell us what the site needs to do
Not what you want it to look like — what it needs to do. We will come back with a fixed scope and a fixed price.
