The build price is identical either way — the only difference is whether we keep looking after it afterwards, and you can decide that on day one or day four hundred. Builds are 40% to begin and the balance at go-live. Discounts are available for not-for-profit and charitable organisations.
Two promises we will put in writing
We take no commission, rebate or referral fee from any technology supplier on advisory work. If we recommend something we could also sell you, we say so, and you are free to buy it elsewhere.
We do not charge for work that will not pay you back. We charge for the work of reaching an honest answer, because that takes real effort. But if the answer is that a project will not deliver a genuine benefit, we say so, we stop there, and there is nothing further to pay — no build proposal, no retainer pitch, no follow-up quote.
