Here is what we charge.
Of the sixteen UK fractional IT firms we reviewed, thirteen publish no prices at all. Of fifteen UK AI consultancies, nine publish nothing. We think making you sit through two calls to find out whether you can afford someone is a waste of your afternoon. Every figure below is the figure you pay — we are not VAT registered, so there is nothing to add on top.

Three-month initial term, then rolling month to month with thirty days notice, either way. Unused days do not roll over, though we are reasonable within a quarter. Invoiced monthly, fourteen days. No recruitment fee. No supplier commission. No tie-in.

On the Verdict: we charge for it because reaching an honest answer takes two weeks of real work. But if the conclusion is that AI will not deliver a genuine benefit in your business this year, that is where it ends — no build proposal, no retainer pitch, nothing further to pay. Our criteria are published in advance.

Questions about money
Are these real prices or a starting point for a negotiation?
Real. The monthly figures are what you will pay for that scope. The ranges are ranges because the scope genuinely varies, and we will land on a number before you commit to anything.
Is there VAT on top?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. For a small business that cannot reclaim VAT, that is a genuine 20% difference against most of the firms you will be comparing us with.
What if we need more than the included time in a month?
We tell you before we do it, not after. Additional work is at the day rate, or we agree a fixed price for the piece.
Do you take commission from suppliers?
Not on advisory work. Ever. If we recommend something we could also sell you, we say so in writing and you are free to buy it elsewhere.
What if we want to leave?
Thirty days notice and we hand over cleanly — code, credentials, domain, documentation. We would rather you left well and came back than felt trapped.
