48, 24 or 8 hours depending on the plan. A number you can hold us to, not “we aim to”.
The conflict of interest, stated plainly
We sell hosting and we sell independent advice. Those two things can pull against each other, so here is our rule: we take no commission, rebate or referral fee from any technology supplier on advisory work.
If we recommend something we could also sell you — hosting included — we say so, in writing, and you are free to buy it elsewhere. If leaving us is the right answer for you, we will help you leave properly.
